Personal Training

Some people prefer to make more rapid progress in fitness or martial arts and this can often be done with more direct training.  If you would like to have more time dedicated to your training you can book individual or small group classes.

In this way you can increase the speed you learn and improve at and so reach your goals more quickly.

We can arrange for  Personal Training sessions on most days or you can mix our training between Personal Training and class training over a week.
