We have great training systems in Taekwon-Do, particularly in engaging the large muscle groups in our legs for kicking, jumping, running etc. The body conditioning we practise in Taekwon-Do is great for improving fitness, strength, toning and weight loss.
Our Kick-Fit Kwick program takes all of the training and conditioning techniques from Taekwon-Do and is delivered in an intense workout. THEN we add a KETLLEBELL workout for super fast results. If you’re looking for fast weight loss, improved fitness and toning AND want to enjoy a great fitness class, Kick-Fit Kwick & KETTLEBELLS together, is for you.
In addition to specialised circuit training there is pad-work, kick-shields and bags all in place. We also have a great sound system.
You can drop in and take the classes on a pay as you go basis or make regular payments for a discount.
There’s no cost to you for the first class and you don’t need any equipment. Just turn up in joggers and a T-shirt and train.

Friday: 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Saturday: 11:00 am to 12:00 am
